Shakeb welcomed me to the hotel after a long flight from San Francisco. I felt at home straight away . He explained the facilities of the hotel to me and I was quickly having an excellent coffee before going to my room The open reception / check in area had a great vibe and most welcoming with the facilities close by. What a welcome Thank you.

Friendly staff at the reception (Olivia). They even offered us early check in for free. Good location close to London Heathrow airport. We would definitely visit this Ibis Hotel again. They also offer E.V. charging right next to the hotel.

Great hotel we had a lovely stay and we are so grateful for night Manager Amin from reception who was kind enough to let us have a room as we had missed our flight an amazing level of customer service and being grated by a beautiful smile of Saurabh was very nice room nice and cozy

Everything was great. Hussain was the best in terms of welcoming me.Really close too the airport at a good price. I like the services specially a free welcome drink from the hotel!!! Room was good and the restaurant is really nice.Thank you for the warm welcome and a great service
